The academic staff of the two departments of the Faculty of Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchanges carry out research activities within projects obtained through competitions organized at national and international level. Research project funding is provided by public and private entities.
Research projects conducted through the Bucharest University of Economic Studies are coordinated by the Research and Innovation Management Directorate, which provides logistical support and consultancy and publishes a biannual information bulletin.
The results of the scientific research of the academic staff of the faculty’s two departments are disseminated through: publications for teaching purposes, scientific publications, and transfer of practices through research centers. On average, each academic staff member has at least one publication or academic/scientific achievement per year.
