Dan-Nicolae IVANESCU is a university lecturer at the Department of Finance, Faculty of Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchange. He graduated from the same faculty with a master’s degree in “Financial-Monetary Strategies and Policies” from ASE Bucharest, then obtained a PhD in Finance from ASE Bucharest. Areas of interest: finance, corporate finance, investments, financial markets and portfolio management. He taught the following subjects: Finance, Corporate Finance, Direct Investments and their financing, Financial Markets, at FABBV and other faculties within ASE. He published books together with other authors from the Department of Finance. He has collaborated with the Romanian Banking Institute, “Titu Maiorescu” University, Romanian Credit and Investment Bank and private companies.
