ASFIN is a young and dynamic organization, founded in the summer of 2024. We were born out of a desire to consolidate the academic community of the Faculty of Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchanges (FABBV), creating a solid bridge between current students, alumni and the business environment.

Our Departments
Coordinator: Alexandru-Gheorghe Tarța (Doctoral student)
Responsible for the association’s resources and partner relations. Members of this department are passionate about financial markets, asset management and macroeconomics, bringing expertise from Big4 companies or the insurance industry.
Coordinator: Teodora Papainog (Doctoral student)
The engine behind learning and development initiatives. The team is involved in student representation, organizing scientific sessions and volunteering projects.
Coordinator: Ana-Maria NAUM (Master of Applied Finance, FABBV)
“ASFIN’s visual voice.” The marketing team manages the association’s image, creates content for Social Media and promotes our events to reach as many students as possible.
